Reporting to the Hotel Manager you will be leading the Rooms division operations, ensuring quality service and standards are maintained to deliver a memorable guest experience. You will also be part of the development program to be a future Hotel Manager within the group. Profile: : The client is targeting hoteliers with at least 4 years in a senior management role within the Front Office / Rooms Division : Must currently be working within a top 5* internationally branded hotels : Culturally understanding Morocco and all its challenges a plus : Positive people management styles : Dedicated, young, motivated, hands on and independent : Fluent French : Fluent English This is a great opportunity for a strong EAM ready to take on next responsibilities.
