Role Purpose We are currently looking for an Admin & Technical Assistant for our P&DS team in North Africa (Casablanca, Morocco).

What this job involves

Administrative support: The responsibilities include typing contracts, archiving files and ensuring all team members have access to necessary documentation. You should have previous experience reviewing technical documents along with the ability to spot errors. Maintains organized and updated documents using document management software, uploading or scanning paper documents, obtaining documents, and ensuring proper and secure storage. Managing the production of project deliverables, supervising the flow of documentation and ensuring compliance with the proper application of document management procedures, guaranteeing the quality of the documents transmitted, guaranteeing compliance with standards documentaries defined by the project team. Prepare, manage and file both electronic and hard copy documents produced by technical teams and/ or contractors.

Technical support: Act as a point of contact and solicit quotes from vendors, contractors, and various construction services teams, and prepare forms such as change orders, purchase orders, service agreements. Provide support to project managers in the cost & construction project management, preparing project dashboards, surveying sites, ensuring a project matches client specifications, calculating the amount and type of materials needed. Ensuring work is carried out according to deadlines.

Sounds like you? To apply you need to be / have Proven work experience as Administrative & Technical Assistant, Technician or similar role (minimum 2 years' experience). Familiarity with project management, including previous experience during construction works. Hands-on experience with MS Office and Autocad. Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS). Data organization skills. Attention to detail. BSc Degree in Project Management, Construction or relevant field. Speaks French & English. BIM management and/ or BREEAM certification basic knowledge would be a plus.
