Job Description: Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions is a global IT provider seeking an Inside Sales Cloud professional to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, manage customer renewals, and provide sales training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize revenue by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling with existing accounts.
  • Maintain strong relationships between stakeholders and clients through customer renewals and contract extensions.
  • Identify sales scenarios and opportunities to develop business and meet/exceed targets.
  • Enable partners through regular sales training via webinar and technical training delivery.
  • Become a trusted partner to ensure Arrow is involved in larger projects.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English.
  • 2-3 years of experience in software solutions sales or IT channel sales.
  • Familiarity with SaaS software solutions and major Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills (hunting and farming) with upselling and cross-selling abilities.
  • Ability to build and develop strategic business relationships with clients and partners.
  • Self-motivated with a hardworking and proactive approach.

Location: MA-Casablanca, Morocco (Boulevard Al Quods). Full-time position in the Sales category.
