Inside Sales Team Leader with German

Job Description:

Currently, we are looking for an Inside Sales Team Leaderwith German who will contribute to the growth of the business by managing a team, preparing quotations and offering solutions to existing Arrow customers, working alongside the Account Director & Vendor Teams.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
  • Manage a team of Inside Sales associates - set priorities, coordinate work activities, train team members, and provide input to employee performance evaluations
  • Monitor and supervise the assigned team to achieve goals and contribute to the company's growth
  • Build and maintain strong and effective business relationships with stakeholders and customers
  • Get constantly up-to-date by attending dedicated IT trainings and self-learning
  • Motivate and inspire the team to perform to the best of its abilities
  • Develop your team members by providing individual coaching and organizing progressive trainings
  • Keep your process and product knowledge up to date by dedicating part of your working time to actively performing the same duties as your team members
  • Lead team meetings, manage workload, build stakeholder relationships


REQUIREMENTS
  • Fluency in business communication in English and German, both written and oral
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively towards a common goal
  • Providing guidance and instruction, as well as training and developing others
  • Providing support within the business across all vendor teams as required
  • Working in line with policies, procedures and guidelines
  • Self-motivation and hard work
  • Decision-making skills
  • University degree
