Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled SAP professional to support our customers in their digital transformation, with a focus on cloud success services and technical application services.

Cloud Success Services support our customers in their digital transformation. We sustain the adoption of SAP software and ensure that our customers can successfully plan, implement, integrate, and operate their software.

Your role involves delivery of technical and application services within customer engagements. You will conduct tasks such as:

  • Preparation, conception, realization, and Go Live of customer implementation projects
  • Planning, running, and managing blueprint workshops/meetings with internal and external clients
  • Defining the scope of a project/opportunities, estimating efforts and project timelines
  • Analyzing business processes, including root cause analysis and technical performance optimization
  • Upgrading and migrating SAP systems

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of SAP project implementation experience in at least one of the following areas:
    • S/4 HANA MM or SD (some experience in ARIBA is an asset)
    • S/4 HANA HCM or SuccessFactors
    • BTP Integration (CPI) - Experience with SuccessFactors integration is a big asset
  • University degree in computer science, business information technology, mathematics, physics, engineering or equivalent
  • Ability to drill down into technical issues and solve complex and detailed problems
  • Ability to deliver clear, concise presentations and present complex information in a clear and precise manner
  • Willingness and ability to travel to customers and work abroad
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, French and Arabic
