About the Role
Your Responsibilities
  • Preparation and monitoring of the training plan internally and with external organizations.
  • Managing the performance evaluation process
  • Monitoring talent management and development plan
  • Recruitment and onboarding
  • Organizing social activities
  • Maintain the organization manual updated and anticipate future evolutions
  • Organization of the employee survey and action plan monitoring
Who we are looking for
  • Formation réglementée : Bac+5 en Management, Gestion des RH, Economie...
  • Expérience professionnelle : 5 an d'expérience dans la fonction RH.
  • Langues : Français & Anglais MANDATORY
