Résumé de l'offre d'emploi : "Gérer les changements dans les projets IT en Afrique, en veillant à la qualité et à la sécurité des opérations."

• Enregistrer les demandes de changements et préparer les supports des réunions.
• Animer les réunions, partager les comptes rendus et suivre les réserves d'exécution.
• Mettre à jour le planning des changements, partager les reportings et calculer les KPI changements.
• Veiller au respect des règles de gestion des changements.
• Assurer la sensibilisation continue sur les bonnes pratiques.
• Prendre le lead sur les mises à jour du processus de Gestion des changements.
• Requis : BAC +5, expérience de 3 ans minimum dans la même fonction, compétences ITIL, gestion de situations critiques, évaluation du risque et impact des opérations, suivi des KPI et amélioration continue de la qualité de service.
• Compétences métier : expérience confirmée dans la gestion des changements, connaissances générales IT, soft skills, communication, sérieux, rigueur, facilité d'adaptation, autonomie, efficacité et bon relationnel.
• SG ABS est un centre de service dédié aux métiers de l'IT et du digital, conçu pour accompagner le développement des banques Société Générale dans ses grands projets d'avenir sur le continent africain.
