Job Overview

As an Operations Manager at TE Connectivity, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and short/long-term planning for the groups you manage. Your focus will be on manufacturing, production control, engineering, inventory control, EH&S, shipping/receiving, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage manufacturing, production control, engineering, inventory control, EH&S, shipping/receiving, and other related functions
  • Develop technologies and continuous improvement strategies
  • Translate customer requirements into state-of-the-art manufacturing strategies and processes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in production management
  • Knowledge of wiring
  • Fluent in French and English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Knowledge of office automation and SAP
  • Knowledge and mastery of quality tools (QRQC, etc.)
Competencies
  • Strong leadership and management skills
