**Physical Therapist Opportunity**

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in providing high-quality patient care. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating patients' conditions, developing treatment plans, and helping them achieve their rehabilitation goals.

• Evaluate patients' conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct therapy sessions and provide education to patients and their families.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and documents as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
