This position requires a licensed Optician who can dispense spectacles and other optical products to meet the needs of our customers. You will work with prescriptions written by optometrists and ophthalmologists, advising and assisting patients with various types of lenses and spectacle frames.
Key Responsibilities- Verify order data entry and compare Rx to original Rx provided from the doctor.
- Complete proper order filing procedures and maintain accurate records.
- Deliver sales by providing excellent customer service in person and over the phone.
- Meet or exceed sales and metric goals.
- Ensure timely notification of product readiness and advancement of the order in the system.
