Eyewear Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Optician to join our team, responsible for dispensing high-quality eyewear solutions to our members. As an Optician, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by providing exceptional service and personalized recommendations.

This role involves working closely with prescriptions written by optometrists and ophthalmologists to ensure our members receive the best possible eyewear solutions. You will work with patients to select the perfect frame and lenses, taking into account their individual needs and preferences.

• Ensure accurate data entry and verify Rx against original Rx provided by the doctor.
• Filing orders correctly using the ABC system.
• Providing exceptional customer service through face-to-face interactions and phone calls.
• Demonstrating knowledge of optical products and recommending suitable solutions.

A valid optician's license is essential for this role, along with strong communication and organizational skills. Prior experience in the optical industry or related field is highly desirable.
