This role is for a highly skilled and experienced Director of Nursing to lead our team in Hadley, Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: This position offers a competitive pay package based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week. A tax-free stipend amount will be determined separately.
Job Description:
We are seeking a RN with strong clinical knowledge and expertise in nursing management to oversee the daily operations of our healthcare facility. The successful candidate will have experience in leading teams, developing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Current RN licensure
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a leadership role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
