Job Summary:

  • A skilled Nurse Practitioner is needed to provide locum SICU coverage in a leading hospital in Boston.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in general surgery and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced SICU environment
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Document all interactions and interventions in the patient's medical record
  • Participate in shift handovers and communicate effectively with colleagues

Requirements:

  • Current board certification as a Nurse Practitioner
  • Experience in general surgery, preferably in an ICU setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
