Warehouse Logistics Coordinator

The Warehouse Logistics Coordinator is responsible for ensuring seamless pallet operations within the Distribution Center. This involves tracking, recording, and managing pallet movements, as well as maintaining accurate records.

This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with warehouse staff and external vendors.

  1. Responsibilities:
  2. Pallet Movement and Tracking: Monitor pallet quantities, movements, and conditions, maintaining accurate records of trailers.
  3. Data Analysis and Reporting: Generate reports on trailers, discrepancies, and waste stream metrics to support process improvements.
  4. Vendor Communication: Coordinate with external vendors for efficient trailer pickups and communicate load status and scheduling updates.

Additional Requirements:

Frequent lifting of objects up to 30 pounds, standing, walking, sitting, and bending for extended periods in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures, noise, and dust exposure.
