Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patients' physical abilities and developing personalized treatment plans to help them recover from injuries or manage chronic conditions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in physical therapy principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care and support.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based interventions to improve patient outcomes
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) or related field
- Licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state where the position is located
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
