- Positions available: full time, part time, and per diem
- Develop educational programs tailored to nursing staff needs, including orientation, in-service training, and continuing education
- Conduct regular assessments to identify educational gaps within the nursing team
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure educational initiatives align with hospital policies
- Serve as a clinical resource for nursing staff, providing expert advice on best practices in nursing care
- Maintain accurate records of educational activities
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Master's Degree in Nursing Education or related field preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience preferred
- Experience in education and staff development
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification a plus
