**Job Title:** Clinical Educator
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to fill a Clinical Educator position in our Obstetric / Labor & Delivery department.
This role will involve developing and implementing educational programs for nurses, as well as providing clinical expertise and guidance. The ideal candidate will have experience in obstetrics and labor & delivery, and a strong passion for education and mentorship.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with nursing staff at all levels.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and delivering educational programs for nurses on topics related to obstetrics and labor & delivery.
- Providing clinical guidance and support to nursing staff, including preceptors and new graduate nurses.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care policies and procedures.
We offer a competitive salary range of $61,340 to $100,870 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes healthcare coverage, 401K, paid time off, and tuition assistance.
