Clean Linen Specialist

The Laundry Attendant is a crucial member of our team, responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of guests' clothing and other items.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sorts used linens into appropriate categories for washing and identifies stained or torn linen for separate handling.
• Operates ironer and retrieves folded linens, stacking or hanging them as required.
• Sorts clean towels, rugs, and robes, using towel folders and manual folding techniques.
• Maintains folding equipment and reports any issues to management.
• Complies with all applicable Four Seasons work rules and standards.
• Collaborates effectively with colleagues and supervisors to achieve excellent results.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: completion of school education or equivalent experience.
• Experience: a plus in luxury brands.
• Linguistic proficiency: fluency in French, Arabic, and English.
