As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you will be responsible for proofing and baking all unfinished bakery goods. You will follow each item's product handling information using ovens and/or other equipment, ensuring that all products meet company quality standards.
You will also be responsible for unpacking bakery goods from the freezer and displaying proper amounts based on bakery production chart recommendations, including safe handling and storage instructions. Additionally, you will maintain all cleaning and safety standards within the bakery department.
