Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid state-issued driver's license and any other licenses required by law
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and assist with lifting windshields weighing 26-50 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in tight spaces
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
