We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced registered nurse (RN) to fill a wound care specialist position in a prestigious medical facility. Job Description:
This is a 13-week assignment scheduled to begin at a mutually agreed-upon time. As a wound care RN, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, managing chronic wounds, and working closely with healthcare professionals to achieve optimal results.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalized wound care plans based on patient needs
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
- Conduct thorough assessments and document findings accurately
- Administer prescribed treatments and medications under the supervision of physicians
- Maintain detailed records and reports
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must hold a valid RN license, have significant experience in wound care, and demonstrate outstanding communication and collaboration skills. A background check and adherence to facility-specific requirements are also necessary.
