Warehouse Inventory and Systems Manager

This role is responsible for leading inventory and IT system functions in the distribution center. Key responsibilities include driving inventory accuracy, quality assurance, and system support excellence. Additional duties may include WMS/IT, inventory, audit, quality assurance, security, regulatory compliance, etc.

Main Responsibilities:
WMS system software and hardware maintenance. Provide training on WMS & SAP systems. Manage computer equipment and lead system enhancements. Participate in user testing and define parameters to WMS system. Manage annual inventory preparation and execution. Investigate and resolve problem freight. Generate weekly reports focused on shrink and quality assurance. Ensure regulatory compliance and manage audits for receiving, put to club, tiers, OS&D, and shrink. Lead the OS&D team and supervise the recouping and repackaging of damaged merchandise. Maintain safety compliance regarding the handling of damaged and recalled merchandise. Identify discrepancies between WMS and SAP and provide supporting documentation to explain any variances. Maintain all DC policies and procedures.

Key Qualifications:
Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS). Strong background in SAP required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3-5 years' experience in Distribution/Transportation. Ability to work in a warehouse environment, which includes heat, cold, noise, and dust. Ability to walk, stand, bend, lift, and sit for up to 8 hours a day. Proven computer skills using Microsoft Office applications, WMS, and SAP.
