This position involves working in a fast-paced bakery environment, where the successful candidate will be required to operate and handle bakery equipment using proper work methods in accordance with safety policies and procedures. They will also be responsible for maintaining all club policies and procedures, performing other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
A key aspect of this role is delivering service excellence through all points of contact, resolving and deescalating to address every member concern. The candidate will also work as a team to achieve goals, move with speed and agility, innovate and adapt to ensure a safe and positive environment for members and colleagues.
