We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing patient care plans and providing quality, compassionate care in a secure setting.
The Physical Therapy Assistant will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to implement patient care plans for rehabilitation. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to effectively communicate patient progress or problems to the supervisor and other team members.

### Key Responsibilities
- Implement patient care plans for rehabilitation under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
- Provide quality, compassionate care in a secure setting.
- Communicate patient progress or problems to the supervisor and other team members.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant / PTA program culminating in an Associate Degree.
- Current state licensure as Physical Therapy Assistant / PTA or equivalent in the states where services are rendered.
- CPR certification (when required).
