As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about providing exceptional patient care and contributing to a collaborative healthcare team.

Responsibilities
  • Implement personalized treatment plans developed by physical therapists
  • Provide therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patient function and mobility
  • Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising physical therapist
  • Educate patients and families on exercise techniques and safety measures
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient sessions and progress
Qualifications
  • Completion of accredited PTA program
  • Completion of National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)
  • MA PTA licensure/certification
  • First Aid Certifications (BLS) strongly recommended
