About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our revenue management department, you will play a critical role in driving hotel room revenue through effective inventory and pricing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:


• Support the Director of Revenue Management with essential administrative duties and provide timely analysis and reporting.


• Conduct competitor checks and analyze their pricing strategies to inform our own relative pricing decisions.


• Assist in identifying soft periods and develop promotions and strategies to maximize revenue.


• Implement Four Seasons Revenue Management Standards, Policies & Procedures across the hotel.


• Ensure the hotel complies with Best Rate Guarantee policies and minimize/eliminate rate parity claims.


• Update daily Revenue Management Reports and maintain accurate data in the system.


• Prepare Forecasts and contribute to weekly Strategy Meetings and Daily Operations Meetings.

Requirements:


• Strong analytical skills and ability to quickly adapt to a constantly changing market.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.


• Ability to read, write and speak in English and French.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Word).
