- Your primary responsibilities will include proofing and baking all unfinished bakery goods, following each item's product handling information using ovens and/or other equipment.
- You will also be responsible for maintaining all cleaning and safety standards within the bakery department, ensuring that all products are fresh and meet company quality standards.
- Additionally, you will be responsible for rotating and storing bakery products following food safety, food freshness, and product handling policies and procedures.
In this role, you will work as part of a team to deliver GOLD club standards daily, ensuring that all items stocked and promotional plans executed, and that all signage is visible, accurate, and up-to-date.
