Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Senior Sales Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and success through effective sales strategies and relationship-building.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, identifying project plans and market demands to convert them into orders.
- Establish and expand our sales network by developing OEM customers and brand agents.
- Conduct market research and provide timely feedback on industry dynamics and market trends to ensure we stay ahead of the competition.
- Organize and coordinate internal and external resources to convert market and customer opportunities into deliverable results.
- Negotiate with clients to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Assist in executing customer projects and resolve major issues in after-sales to drive customer satisfaction.
- Perform other tasks assigned by leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above: Proficient in reading, writing, and listening in English, capable of using it as a working language.
- At least two years of overseas business experience in the new energy industry, specifically in energy storage products, photovoltaic (modules, inverters), lithium batteries, and system integration.
- Successful business development experience: Familiarity with the characteristics and competitive landscape of the new energy market in at least one specific region (Southeast Asia, Europe, Africa).
- Mature work methods: Ability to independently develop business and possess strong market analysis and judgment skills.
- Strong stress resistance and execution skills.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Two years of sales experience in the new energy industry.
- English as a working language.
Bonus points:
- Bachelor degree is preferred.
- Male candidate is preferred.
- Candidate from Capital is preferred.
