About the AssignmentThis travel assignment offers the opportunity to work with a talented group of healthcare professionals in a fast-paced and challenging environment. You will be responsible for preparing operating rooms for surgical procedures, assisting surgeons and nurses during surgeries, and maintaining a safe and sterile environment.
Key Responsibilities- Preparation of operating rooms, including setup and organization of equipment and supplies.
- Assistance to surgeons and nurses during surgical procedures, maintaining a safe and sterile environment.
- Cleaning and sterilizing instruments and equipment according to established protocols.
- Effective communication and collaboration with the surgical team to ensure efficient workflow.
To succeed in this role, applicants must possess:
- A current certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST).
- At least 1 year of experience working as a Surgical Technologist in an acute care setting.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
- The ability to maintain a safe and sterile environment during surgical procedures.
