Pallet Management Coordinator
This is a responsible position that involves coordinating the movement and storage of pallets within a warehouse environment.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with others.
- Duties will include monitoring pallet quantities, recording movements, and maintaining accurate records of trailers.
- The coordinator will also be responsible for handling data entry, generating reports, and making process improvements to optimize pallet operations.
Responsibilities:
- Pallet Tracking and Management: Monitor, record, and manage pallet quantities, movements, and conditions.
- Data Entry and Reporting: Input pallet-related data into WMS and databases, generate reports, and create Bills of Lading.
- Communication and Coordination: Collaborate with leadership, communicate with external vendors, and implement best practices.
