Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy and excellent communication skills.
About the Position:
- The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients with various medical conditions
- They will also provide education and support to patients and their families to ensure a smooth recovery process
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' medical history, condition and treatment goals
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Provide ongoing care and support to patients throughout their treatment process
