This position provides administrative and project support to the General Manager, ensuring efficient operation of the office. Key responsibilities include calendar management, meeting organization, travel arrangements, correspondence, expense reports, document preparation, and liaison duties.
Additional tasks may involve preparing compliance paperwork, editing documents, tracking budget expenditures, coordinating business events, maintaining departmental files, following purchasing procedures, and ordering business supplies.
The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent time management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and handle confidential information.
Bachelor's degree in Office Administration or related field, preferably with experience as an Executive Assistant to a VP or Director.
Familiarity with MS Office, Webex, and Teams is required, with proficiency in English, Arabic, and French a plus.
