Travel Echocardiography Technician Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Echocardiography Technician to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment. As an Echo Tech, you will have the opportunity to work in a new and challenging environment, developing your skills and knowledge in cardiac imaging.
About the Role:
As an Echocardiography Technician, you will be responsible for performing echocardiograms and other diagnostic tests to help diagnose heart conditions. You will work closely with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate diagnoses and contribute to patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct echocardiograms and other diagnostic tests using high-quality ultrasound equipment.
- Interpret images and results to provide accurate diagnoses.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field.
- Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) certification.
- At least 2 years of experience as an Echo Tech in an acute care setting.
