Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Deliver expert therapy sessions to enhance patients' mobility, strength, and functional independence.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on safe exercise practices and injury prevention techniques.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
Essential Qualifications:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree
- Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS)/Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
