Business Development Manager**Job Description**
A Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expansion through strategic partnerships, sales execution, and customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day hands-on sales execution, including marketing requirements to drive business success.
- Build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals that align with organizational objectives.
- Manage pre-sales activities such as product demonstrations, bid preparation, pricing, and realization of business plan targets.
- Deliver customer training and product implementation, ensuring seamless integration and satisfaction.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
A successful Business Development Manager should possess:
- 5-10 years relevant IT software sales experience in the region, with a strong understanding of the local market dynamics.
- Proven experience in selling applications/software products to corporates (B2B sales) with a track record of successful deal closures.
- Ability to effectively demonstrate products to potential clients, including C-Suite representatives, and build trust-based relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as a team player with multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- A global perspective and cross-cultural competence, enabling seamless collaboration in diverse environments.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies clearly.
