Logistics Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Operations Specialist to join our dynamic transportation team. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will play an active role in real projects that have a direct impact across the company.

You will be based at our head office in Saint-Hubert and gain valuable hands-on experience, enhance your technical knowledge, and sharpen your problem-solving skills.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage various TMS platforms, including telematics software;
• Assist with the testing and implementation of new telematics features;
• Analyze route profitability (standard travel times, distances, fuel use);
• Create and maintain KPIs using Excel and other reporting tools;
• Enter, update, and maintain accurate data records;
• Contribute to the upgrade of our transport module in Microsoft Dynamics AX;
• Support logistics operations through various administrative and coordination tasks.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

• Degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Transportation (AEC, DEC, or Bachelor's);
• Knowledge of transport regulations (Law 430, hours of service, FMCSA, weights & dimensions) is a strong asset;
• Advanced computer skills (Excel, ERP systems);
• Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written) – English is required for communication with U.S. clients;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under tight deadlines;
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset;
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
