The GHR Healthcare organization is currently seeking a Travel Nurse RN - Operating Room professional to fill a current opening in Worcester, MA. This 12-week contract position offers the opportunity to work in a high-volume hospital environment, where a wide range of surgical cases are performed daily. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think critically and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

The Operating Room Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing patients' physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and providing direct patient care during surgical procedures. The successful candidate will also be required to maintain accurate and detailed medical records, collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless and efficient surgical processes, and participate in ongoing education and training opportunities.

To be considered for this travel nursing opportunity, applicants must possess a current licensure as an Operating Room Registered Nurse (RNs) in the United States, at least 1 year of experience in the Operating Room setting, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field is highly preferred. Additionally, the selected candidate will need to undergo a thorough background check and complete any required training and orientation programs prior to the start of the assignment.
