We are seeking a skilled Trial Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and executing screenings and trials, contributing to the planning of local trial plans, and ensuring proper crop management.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific or agricultural field, with 3-5 years of experience in a similar position. They should have good knowledge of the vegetable seeds business and be proficient in English (B1 level). A driving license is also required.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and execute screenings and trials
- Contribute to the planning of local trial plans
- Ensure proper crop management
- Oversee accurate selection and evaluation processes
- Communicate trial results effectively
- Use market insights and data analysis to propose product advancements
- Support the implementation of product growing concept development trials
- Act as a technical advisor to the sales team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific or agricultural field
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
- Good knowledge of the vegetable seeds business
- English proficiency (B1 level)
- Driving license
Location:
The position is located in Agadir, Morocco, with frequent domestic travel required to visit trials and customers.
