About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Lawrence, MA. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patients' physical abilities and developing personalized treatment plans.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapy to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and families on exercise programs and injury prevention.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Implement interventions in various settings.
- Participate in discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care for continued rehabilitation.
Qualifications:
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- MA Physical Therapist license
- Current BLS/CPR Certification
