Job Summary

As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls in a timely manner while maintaining a positive attitude and active listening skills.
  • Identify and resolve customer complaints by following established procedures and escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Record and document interactions accurately in the CRM system for quality assurance and follow-up purposes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, policies, and procedures to provide accurate support to customers.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve performance goals.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is essential.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for success in this position.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and manage customer expectations effectively.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software is necessary.
  • Fluency in Arabic is a plus, but knowledge of English is highly valued.
