Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Glass Technician to join our team. As a technician, you will utilize industry-leading technology to complete vehicle glass repairs. You will work independently and collaboratively to ensure high-quality results and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize industry-leading technology to complete vehicle glass repairs.
- Repair chips, cracks and other auto glass related issues on customer vehicles.
- Manage work orders, customer documentation and customer communication through handheld technology.
- Promote and sell promotional items to customers.
- Clean customer vehicle during wait/idle time during the repair process as well as perform additional housekeeping tasks in company vehicle and shop.
- Safely operate company and customer vehicles, company-issued tools and chemicals utilized throughout the workday.
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Comply with all policies and standards
