We are seeking a highly skilled Home Health Physical Therapist to join our team for a 13-week assignment in Massachusetts. This is an excellent opportunity to work with patients in their homes, providing personalized care and rehabilitation services.
About the Job:
This position involves working as a Physical Therapist in a home health setting, providing therapy services to patients who require rehabilitation after illness or injury. The successful candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and create personalized treatment plans
- Develop and implement effective rehabilitation programs to help patients achieve their goals
- Communicate regularly with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Massachusetts
- At least one year of experience working as a Physical Therapist in a hospital setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
