Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Investment Professional to join our team in London. As a key member of our investment team, you will be responsible for originating, structuring, and executing investments in various sectors, including manufacturing and services.

Main Responsibilities:

• Originating and evaluating new investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and preparing investment memoranda;
• Structuring and executing investments, including negotiating loan agreements, equity investments, and other financial instruments;
• Maintaining relationships with clients, investors, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination throughout the investment process;
• Providing strategic guidance and support to portfolio companies, helping them achieve their growth and development objectives;
• Conducting regular monitoring and review of investments, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions as needed;

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or a related field, with a strong track record of successful deal execution and portfolio management;
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and regulations, with knowledge of industry trends and developments;
• Ability to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally, as required;
• Fluency in English, with proficiency in additional languages an asset;
