In this challenging and rewarding Physical Therapist (PT) role, you will have the opportunity to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting in Framingham, MA. Your primary responsibility will be to assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans to enhance their mobility, strength, and functional independence.\
Key responsibilities include providing therapy sessions, collaborating with healthcare teams, educating patients and families, and monitoring and documenting patient progress. Additionally, implementing interventions in various settings and participating in discharge planning and coordinating follow-up care for continued rehabilitation are crucial components of this role.\
To excel in this position, you will require a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and a current PT license. BLS/CPR certification is also necessary.\
