We are seeking a highly skilled Operating Room nurse to join our team. As an Operating Room nurse, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Salary and Compensation:
The pay package for this position includes a competitive salary, with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week.
About the Role:
This is a travel nursing job in Boston, Massachusetts, where you will manage the care of patients before, during, and after surgery. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing patients for surgery, handling and preparing operating instruments and equipment, monitoring patient status, and assisting surgeries as necessary.
You will also provide pre- and post-op education to patients and their families, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their treatment plan and any necessary instructions or precautions.
Requirements and Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must have at least 1 year of recent acute care experience in the specialty. You must also hold an active RN license.
