We are seeking a highly skilled Case Manager RN to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of cases, developing and implementing individualized care plans for patients with complex medical needs.

About the Position:

  • Salary: $2,820 per week
  • Job Type: Travel Nursing
  • Shift: 10 hours, days

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient needs and develop comprehensive care plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure effective care coordination.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in good standing.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in case management or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
