Lead Service Ambassador

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated team member to join our restaurant team. As a key player in our success, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, efficient food delivery, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• To attend pre-service briefings for daily updates on menu items, promotions, and any special events or guests.
• To maintain mise en place levels according to established standards.
• To assist the Waiter/ess in maintaining the station fully stocked, clean, and tidy.
• To serve food and beverage according to restaurant standards and guest needs.
• To clear and reset tables promptly.
• To possess an excellent knowledge of all food and beverage items served in the Restaurant.
• To ensure service and Back of House areas are kept clean at all times and work is conducted according to our Health and Safety standards.
• To handle guest comments and complaints in an appropriate manner and communicate with Restaurant Management.
• To ensure uniform provided is kept clean, presentable, and in good condition, reflecting high standards of personal hygiene and appearance.
• To polish silverware regularly to ensure proper maintenance.
• To attend training sessions as required.
• To carry out any other reasonable request directed by your Manager.

Required skills and qualifications include:

• Attention to detail, style, and aesthetics critical to hotel standards.
• College degree in Hospitality or related field highly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience in similar role.
• Good proficiency in English, Arabic, and French languages.
