The primary goal of this position is to oversee the development and construction of new club locations, remodels, and expansions. This involves managing assigned projects to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion. One key aspect of this role is coordinating with real estate directors to facilitate project approvals from various authorities, including state, federal, and local municipalities.

To achieve this, you will need to develop construction documentation that aligns with the company's prototype, budget, and schedule. This includes soliciting quotes for Consultant's scope of work and supporting negotiations with stakeholders. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of project progress and updating the project schedule as necessary.

A critical part of this position is ensuring compliance with project parameters, budget, and schedule. You will work closely with the project team to guarantee that all aspects of the project are completed on time and within budget. Furthermore, you will coordinate with consultants, attorneys, and other stakeholders to facilitate project meetings and ensure smooth communication throughout the process.
