Pediatric Healthcare Specialist

Qualifications for this role include an ADN or higher degree in nursing, an active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license, BLS certification, and at least 1 year of experience in a pediatric setting. ACLS and PALS certification is also preferred. In addition, candidates should have experience with pediatric medical equipment and procedures, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
The responsibilities of this position include working closely with other healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans, assessing, planning, and implementing care for individual patients ages 0-18, documenting patient encounters, educating young patients and their families about their condition and care plan, promoting wellness, and recommending community resources to meet patient and family needs.
The benefits of this position include healthcare coverage, a 401K, Paid Time Off, and Tuition Assistance. The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $161,000 per year.
