Job Summary:

Home Health Physical Therapist Needed - ASAP Start

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert physical therapy services to patients in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent
  • Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Massachusetts
  • At least one year of paid experience in the last three years, with a strong background in hospital settings
